Earliest Start Time Notes:

While dividing a project into its associated tasks and activities, it is important to determine the estimated time for each activity along with the sequence and dependencies. One concept in the network diagram is to calculate the earliest start time of an activity. Earliest start time, as the name indicates, shows the earliest time on which an activity will start or begin. For calculating earliest start time of an activity, the activity duration that is estimated by the team and the estimated start time of the project are considered. Earliest start time of an activity should be the same or later than the latest earliest finish times of all the activities that directly precede the said activity.
