Agile approach is basically an iterative approach that performs the tasks in a number of iterations. Agile release planning is used in schedule management to divide the overall schedule into different iterations. Based on the project scope, the schedule of each time period is developed and discussed by the different stakeholders to decide the time that is to be taken to develop a complete schedule that will meet the project's objective.
