Sometimes during a project, some project team members leave the project due to many different reasons. Due to this, new members have to be hired by the project manager to perform the task. This flow of members in a project team is called turnover. Turnover is related to the often changes in a project team's composition. It is better to get individuals who have diverse skill sets to perform on a project. A team with less number of members assigned for a long term is better. Turnover of project team members must be reduced during a project so that the project can be completed on time.
