Problem Solving Approach Notes:

It is not possible to encounter no issues and problems while carrying out a project. Minor and major, both types of problems can arise during the project. Various kinds of problems come along the way and they must be solved in order to smoothly carry out the project and complete it on time. Effectiveness of problem-solving determines the success and failure chances of the project. A nine-step approach/process is usually carried out to solve potential problems. These steps include developing a problem statement, identifying potential problems and their causes, gathering and verifying data, identifying possible solutions, evaluating alternative solutions, determining the best/optimal solution, revising the project plan to incorporate the solution, implementing the solution, and monitoring the situation to determine if the problem has been solved.
