Risk Review Notes:
Risk montioring is an important part of risk management. Even though, a project team becomes successful in identifying potential risks, assess them properly, plan the suitable responses and implement those responses, all this effort can go in vain due to no monitoring. This means risks must be monitored effectively. Risks can be montiored using different techniques. One of them is called risk reviews. Risk reviews, as the name shows, are periodic and regular reviews of project related risks and the planned risk responses. The effectiveness of risk responses must be documented for further reviews. The common topics covered in risk reviews are identification of new potential risks, assessment of already identified risks, closing of outdated risks, and problems due to the occurrence of risks.
