To write an understandable and effective proposal, contractors usually turn towards an expert of the area. The person who makes efforts to prepare a good proposal is called proposal manager. A proposal manager can work with a team for proposal writing and lead it through the proposal preparation process. A proposal manager prepares the actual proposal and present it in front of the customer. Usually the tasks related to the proposal preparation are delegated to the team members by a proposal manager. The tasks involve gathering relevant information, writing, editing the proposal and other related tasks.
