It is better to describe all the activities related to the project and the way to perform those activities and tasks. A contract should organize the tasks and the relevant resources. Project organization is usually done for large projects. Large projects involve a number of resources and people. It is better to develop an organization chart for these types of projects. An organization chart lists all the people involved in the project including project team members, subcontractors, consultants, and partners. Each individual who would be performing the specific task/activity is listed in the organization chart. Responsibility matrix is also a method of project organization.
