Project Schedule Notes:
A project schedule is a timetable that shows the duration of the project activities and tasks. At the start of the project, a date and time period is agreed between the customer and the contractor. The project must be completed at the agreed date and time. For this reason, the project is effectively scheduled. All the activities and tasks involved in the project must be given a start and end time to estimate the time required to complete the overall project. Certain ways of project scheduling are used.
