Procurement process involves five cycles. Requirements cycle is the first step of the procurement process. Requirements cycle is used to define the requirements of the project from its detailed definition. Requirement cycle includes project needs definition, project statement of work, work breakdown structure, and specifications, make or buy analysis, developing schedule, cost estimation, getting approval.
