Life Cycle Leadership Model Definition:

Life Cycle Leadership Model Notes:

Leadership is an important aspect of a project manager's behavior. A project manager must possess excellent leadership skills to motivate the team members to perform their jobs. This model indicates that a project manager must change the leadership style through different stages of a project life cycle.
