When moving towards globalization, a firm may find changes in its task environment. Task environment includes all the operational changes that include, skill of labor, the economic condition of the foreign country in which the new facility is established, available technologies and the government policies etc. In addition, the international regulations also vary from country to country. The understanding of international law is necessary while globalizing. A political unrest can also affect the performance of a newly established facility.
