Preventive Maintenance Notes:
The traditional concept of maintenance shows that an equipment or machine is maintained when an issue starts to rise in it. Maintenance is usually performed when the equipment experiences wear and tear. The new concept of maintenance is preventive maintenance. Preventive maintenance refers to the fact that maintenance must be scheduled regularly after some time before the equipment faces any issue. Preventive maintenance not only involves complete shutdown maintenance but also make the operators of the equipment responsible to properly clean and lubricated the machine regularly. This type of maintenance not only helps to keep the equipment in proper condition but actually allows to improve its useful life too.
