Oral Communication Notes:
Communication is a key part of successful project management. One type of communication within and outside the organization during the project is called oral communication. Oral communication can be done through telephone or teleconferencing. It is easier and faster to share information through oral communication as drafting an email/letter or writing a report takes time, while oral communication is instant. Oral communication can be non-verbal as well. An example of non-verbal oral communication is body language. Usually, a face to face oral communication is more effective than a telephonic conversation as both verbal and non-verbal ways of oral communication can be used face to face.
