To make thinks easy for the managers, different schools of management can be adopted. One of them is called management systems schools. A management system involves a set of processes and policies that are used to make sure that the objectives are met. Management systems school of management identifies that management is related to developing a model of the system that includes all the aspects of the organization i.e. inputs, processes and outputs. Management systems school also determines and defines the resources flow across the organization. All these determinations are important to understand if the objectives can be met.
