Normal Time Notes:
When the time duration of the activities are estimated, they are considered to be performed under normal conditions. The time taken by an activity to be performed under normal conditions is called normal time of the activity. When an activity is performed under normal time, it uses the already allocated resources. For example, if three painters are required to paint a room in 5 days and the activity is completed using the allocated resources within five days, five days is the normal time of the activity. When the activities are performed under normal time, the project is most likely to be completed successfully on time.
