Finish to finish (FF) is defined as a logical relationship in which a successor activity cannot finish until a predecessor activity has finished.

Finish to Finish Notes:
When the project's schedule is to be developed, relationship between the project activities are established first. These relationships are logical and must be understood well. The relationships can be explained on the basis of predecessor and successor activity. A Predecessor activity is the one that logically comes before an activity in a schedule while successor activity is the one that comes after an activity. One of the relationships that can be established between project activities is called finish to finish (FF). Finish to finish is a logical relationship which shows that a successor activity cannot be finished unless the predecessor activity is finished. For example, writing an article (predecessor) must be finished before the article editing (successor) is finished.
