Presentation Notes:
The overview, progress, or issues during the project can also be communicated through presentations. Presentation is an oral form of communication that targets an audience as small as one person (customer) or as large as a hall full of people. Presentations can be short (5 minutes) or long (an hour or so) depending upon the topic covered through it. Presentations sometimes act as a better way to communicate and persuade than written was of communication. Presentations can be given by the project manager to the customer or representative of the customer organization, by team members to the project manager about the team's progress, or by sub-team members to the sub-team leader.
