Problem Solving Meeting Notes:
Communication of project related information can be performed through meeting. Meetings generally involve all the key participants of the project. Different types of meetings can be conducted depending upon the type of information to be communicated. One of them is called problem-solving meeting. As problems arise while carrying out the project, a problem-solving meeting is immediately called by a concerned person when he/she identifies any issue/problem in the project. It is usually decided at the start of the project that who will be responsible to initiate this type of meeting and what level of authorization each members has regarding problem-solving or taking corrective actions. In a problem-solving meeting, every member of the meeting participates in finding the most optimal solution to the problem being discussed.
