Technical design review meetings are to ensure that the customer agrees with or approves of the design approach developed by the project contractor.

Technical Design Review Meeting Notes:
A tool used to communicate face to face with the people involved in the project is meeting. Meetings are very important in project management in order to involve all the key stakholders of the project. Meetings can be conducted throughout the project lifecycle. One of the type of meetings is technical design review meeting. These types of meetings are conducted when a design phase is involved within a project. One or more technical design review meetings are conducted to get approval of the design from the customer. In projects that involve technical outcomes, two types of technical design review meetings can be conducted. One is called preliminary design review meeting that involves approval of the customer on the basis of the conceptual design. The second type is final design review meeting which are conducted when the final detailed design is completed by the contractor.
