When it is not possible for team members to meet for a face-to-face meeting, teleconferencing can be done. Teleconferencing involves live exchange of information among members of the project team. Teleconferencing includes both telephone conference calls and video conference calls. Teleconferencing can be used when members of the team are not physically present in one place or the members belong to the different locations. Teleconferencing is an interactive way of information sharing. Where audio conference facilitate in interacting through audio, videoconferencing is one-step ahead by allowing the team members by using both i.e. audio and video. Teleconferencing reduces cost of travel of project team members.
