Stakeholders Engagement Assessment Matrix Definition:

Stakeholders Engagement Assessment Matrix Notes:

Stakeholder is a person, an organization or a group of people or organizations that is involved in a project and is affected by the project's outcome and results. As the project's results influence stakeholders, so they must be involved in the project's major activities e.g. decisions making and problem solving. In order to determine the gaps between the actual level of the stakeholders' engagement and the desired level, a stakeholders' engagement assessment matrix is used. The engagement of the individual stakeholders can be increased through communication. The gaps between the actual and the desired engagement levels can be filled through identifying additional communication requirements and then meeting those requirements efficiently.
