With the perception of a customer, it is always important to get a prompt and timely response from the service provider. A customer will never prefer to wait in a long queue for a service. This not only determines the quality of the service in eyes of the customers but also shows the efficiency of the employee. Examples of a quality service in terms of responsiveness are les serving time in a restaurant or no or little waiting time in queue of a Bank.
