Responsiveness Notes:
With the perception of a customer, it is always important to get a prompt and timely response from the service provider. A customer will never prefer to wait in a long queue for a service. He/she would always consider something as a quality service where there is no or very little waiting time involved. For this reason, an employee should always respond on time to the customer. This not only determines the quality of the service in eyes of the customers but also shows the efficiency of the employee. Examples of a quality service in terms of responsiveness are les serving time in a restaurant or no or little waiting time in queue of a Bank.
