Serviceability Notes:

Serviceability shows how easy it is to repair a product. It also involves the time and cost of repair. A product is considered to be serviceable when it is easy and cheap to repair it. It is also important to note whether the product requires a normal technician or a highly expert person for repair. Products with high serviceability are considered to be of good quality. For example, when an imported item is purchased by a customer, he/she should first consider if the spare parts of the item are available in the country, if the problem could easily be detected and repaired by the technician available, and what will it cost.
