An organization, while developing strategies, must consider its core values. Core values are some principles that must be obeyed by the organization at all levels. The organization should imply policies and make decisions in light of its core values. Core values have a huge impact on an organizational culture so the values are well communicated within the organization. They also guide companies if they are on the right path in achieving their goals. Examples of some core values are trust, honesty, commitment, and passion.
