Quality Control Notes:

The process of quality control has three phases. The first phase is analysis which involves the breakdown of a process into its fundamental parts. The second phase is relation, which enables to understand the relation between the parts that were broken down in the analysis phase. The last phase is called generalization. This phase answers the question regarding the application of the interrelationships from phase two to the broader perspective of quality of the process being studied. Some of the activities involved in this scientific method includes Acceptance Sampling, measurement of Process Performance, observing and analyzing process capability and stability etc.
