When feedback from customers is collected regarding any product or service, it is analyzed and areas of improvement in product and service are identified. The issues or customer complaints are documented and actions are to be taken so that the issues do not happen again. A team is usually in effect to work for gathering complaints and analyze the problems using different tools and techniques and based on the analysis, recommendations are given for the improvement in products and services.
