While analyzing risks, a special type of meeting can be conducted which is called risk workshop. In a risk workshop, concerned people of the project are grouped together to discuss the potential project risks and their impacts on the project. The risks identified in early stages of the project are discussed on the basis of their probability of occurrence, impact on the project, risk category and priority level. A risk owner for a particular risk or set of risks is assigned the responsibility to plan an appropriate risk response. Moreover, some additional risks can also be identified during the discussion in risk workshop.
