Quality objectives are included in the quality policy and a time period is assigned to achieve them. Quality objectives must be realistic and attainable. Some of the characteristics that quality objectives possess are obtainable, goals specific, understandable, and achievable deadlines. Examples of quality objectives include training of all the organization's employees for quality objectives in a year, defining responsibilities to achieve the quality objectives during a year etc.
