Customer Feedback Meeting Notes:
When a project is completed, a meeting with the customer is conducted to get feedback regarding the project. This meeting helps to determine customer satisfaction level, anticipate if the expected deliverables are provided to the customer and get any feedback from the customer that will help the contractor in the future projects. Customer feedback meeting involves the presence of the project manager, important team members of the project team and the representatives of the customer's organization. A customer feedback meeting is scheduled before time by the project manager and the time is communicated to the other members of the meeting.
