Different projects provide different deliverables to the customers. On the basis of that, the projects are divided into different types. One of the project type is material projects. This type of project requires proper maintenance of the provided deliverables to the customers from time to time throughout the life cycle of the deliverable. This is called logistic support. Supply support is one of the elements of logistic support. Supply support involves the methods that an organization's management use to identify the requirements of a product or service (deliverable), the acquiring process, and storage of the deliverables. It also includes issuing, transferring, and disposing off the deliverables whenever required.
