Process Decision Program Chart Notes:
A process decision program chart helps to identify the activities where failure could occur and aids in developing contingency plans for that. It can be usually made in the form of a tree. While developing process decision program chart, the first step is to list the activity of the highest level. After that, the details regarding the implementation at organization level for the highest level activity are listed. In the third step, the possible failures are listed. The fourth step involves identifying the ways to eliminate the failures identified in step 3. Finally, the ways of elimination of failures from step 4 are evaluated and labelled as feasible or non-feasible (x for non-feasible and o for feasible).
