Human Resource Measures Notes:
One of the aspects of a business's success is its employees. It is important that the people employed by an organization are skilled enough to perform the designated tasks. An unskilled human resource would not be able to do the work well and as a result the business would not run properly or as planned. In addition, employee satisfaction is also important. If an employee is not satisfied with the working conditions, he/she might not perform well and affect the organization's performance as a whole. Some of the human resource measures are satisfaction, turnover, training, efficiency etc. For example, a person working in a coffee shop as a waiter whose pay is very less will not be motivated enough to work and his/her performance will definitely be affected, resulting in customers' complaints.
