Design for Remanufacture Notes:
When designing a product, there are some important considerations. One of them is to make sure that the designed product can easily be remanufactured. This means that the parts or components of the product can be recycled and reused in the production of another product. Design for remanufacture is a concept related to green manufacturing that refers to reduction of waste. When a product completes its useful life, it is disposed-off. When designing a product, it must be considered that after the useful life is completed, the part of the product could be easily taken apart and those could be useful enough in order to use them as another product's parts.
