Control Plan Notes:
A control plan is an important requirement of ISO 9000 quality management system (QMS), in short, an integral part of quality control. When different techniques are used to identify the possible fail points and their effects in the process, inspection is performed at that important points of the process. Control plans are made to determine how to respond to the issues when they arise. Based on the control plan, control charts are normally developed to monitor the process and make sure that the process is capable and stable. When these control charts show any point of deflection i.e. out of limit point, the control plan which had already documented the reactions is used to cope up with the issue.
