Risk Register Notes:
The project related risks must be identified. The identified potential risks for a project are listed in a document with relevant details. This document is called risk register. The outcomes of the processes like risk identification, risk analysis, risk planning, risk monitoring are detailed in the risk register. The complexity of the risk register depends on the size and complexity of the project. A risk register may include identified potential risks for the project, potential risk owners, and a list showing the risk responses. Details for the individual risks can also be added to the risk register that can include title of the risk, category, risk status, causes, effects of risks on the project objectives etc.
