The information regarding potential risks must be assessed to check if it is accurate or not. This process is called risk data quality assessment. Risk data quality assessment deals with the quality of the information of the identified risks. For qualitative risk analysis, the data for risks must be reliable to get the accurate picture of the potential risks associated with the project. If the risk data is of low quality, the analysis of that data is useless for the project. In this case, new data for risks must be collected. The data can be gathered using questionnaires and a weighted average method is used to calculate an overall score of quality for risk data.
