Virtual Teams Notes:
As the trend of virtual organizations is increasing, the concept of virtual teams has emerged. Virtual teams are the teams whose members do not meet physically or in reality but they work together virtually. The meetings of virtual teams are also held virtually through electronic media. The internet has made it easy for virtual teams to work together, discuss important issues, monitor progress, and even resolve conflicts. When people are working virtually in a team, some of the members can be from outside the organization. It becomes easy to develop a relation across the boundaries of the organization through virtual teams.
