Situational Leadership Model Notes:
Situational leadership model is a theory that was proposed by Hersey and Blanchard. This theory outlines the relationship between the effectiveness of a leader and employee preparedness. The interrelationship is divided among the factors related to effectiveness of leader and employee preparedness to perform the task in three different ways. The first way shows the ability of a leader to guide his/her members. The second one shows the support (social and economical) a leader provides to its team members. And finally, the third one outlines the ability of the members to perform a task or job effectively (also called readiness).
