An organization deal in different products or services or with different type of customers. Sometimes organizations develop teams to work for a specific product or service, or focus on a certain type of customer. These teams are called natural work groups. Natural work groups typically involve people from different functions of an organization including engineering, marketing, designing, production and research and development.
