An organization deal in different products or services or with different type of customers. Sometimes organizations develop teams to work for a specific product or service, or focus on a certain type of customer. These teams are called natural work groups. Natural work groups typically involve people from different functions of an organization including engineering, marketing, designing, production and research and development. When working in natural work groups, the objective of improved job design and work life of employees is achieved. Natural workgroups help usually are related to customers and aid in improving communication with the customers of the organization.
