Presidential audits are usually performed to check the performance regarding quality control and general operations of the organization. These audits help in involving the higher management in the company's operations and related issues. Presidential audits include two phases, question/answer sessions and visits. The results of the presidential audits can be included in the strategic management as they tend to assess the overall organization.
