Consultant Audit Notes:
Consultant audits are generally related to quality control activities. A team of consultants perform audit of an organization in relation to its involvement in quality control and determining how mature an organization is in regard of quality. The consultant audits also help to identify the issues that must be taken into consideration in future. The consultant audits are also called quality maturity studies. For example, an organization uses control charts for quality control since last two years in order to monitor process capability and stability, a consultant audit monitors the quality control process adopted by the firm and also identifies how to improve this process and areas of improvements for future quality planning.
