Knowledge management is a process by which explicit and tactic knowledge is managed so that people working together can connect with each other and their knowledge can be integrated. Knowledge management in a project depends upon the project complexity, degree of innovation involved, and the diversity of the team. Some of the tools used in knowledge management are networking, meetings, work shadowing, focus groups, storytelling etc.
