As each team member is assigned a specific set of tasks and activities to perform in order to contribute in the project completion, the performance of the team members must also be monitored and evaluated. Based on the work performance of the project team members, work performance reports are developed. Work performance reports are written reports, either prepared manually or computerized, to show the performance status of the team. Based on these reports, decisions regarding the team member/s can be made or actions can be taken for the poor performance of any team members. Moreover, rewards and recognition can be given for good performance.
