Faraday's second law states that the number of faradays needed to discharge 1 mole of an ion at an electrode equals the number of charges on the ion.

Faraday's Second Law Notes:
According to Faraday's second law, when the same quantity of electricity is passed through several electrolytes, the mass of the substances deposited are proportional to their respective chemical equivalent or equivalent weight. The chemical equivalent or equivalent weight of a substance can be determined by Faraday's laws of electrolysis. We can define it as the weight of that sub tenancy which will combine with or displace the unit weight of hydrogen.
