Ulcer (peptic ulcer) is a sore in the inner wall of gut (in esophagus, duodenum or stomach).

Ulcer is considered as a severe disorder of digestive system. In ulcer the inner wall of gut is having sore, particularly, esophagus, duodenum or stomach. The procedure of peptic ulcer is due to acidic gastric juice which slowly break down the tissue that lies inside the wall.The factors and causes of ulcer are: antiinflammatory medicines, smoking ,drinking coffee, colas and eating spicy food.
