Constipation is a condition where a person experiences hard faeces that are difficult to eliminate.

Constipation Notes:
Constipation ia another disorder of gut with a condition, experiencing hard faeces, which is very difficult to take it out as a stool. The factors involved in causing constipation are excessive absorption, iron and calcium medicine, and inadequate intake of dietary fiber. So, it is not long lasting and can be treated in changing of dietary and doing physical exercises. The medicine which is used by practitioners for treating constipation is laxatives.
