Component of Human Food Notes:
Food is the elementary source for the survival of living species. Without food no one stay alive. The component that is used by humans are: minerals, vitamins, lipids, fats, fibers, proteins, carbohydrates and nucleic acids. It is believed that the sufficient amount of nutrient fruitfully helps in preventing several diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity etc. Carbohydrates acts as a fuel supplier agent for the brain activity. Protein is needed to build up healthy skin, muscles and hair. It positively enhancing normal chemical reactions along with our body. Fats are also helpful in improving general health. Vitamins fundamentally support immune system. Minerals includes calcium, iron, zinc, iodine are also good for healthy bones and blood proficiency.
