Digestion Definition:
Food that is eaten by mammals usually contains some large molecules of protein, carbohydrate and fat. Before these molecules can be absorbed, thay must be broken down into small ones. This is called digestion.

In digestion, oral cavitiy is performing compelling activity, is the space backside of mouth. Selection of food is also linked to oral cavity, as food enters to oral cavity, it is tasted and felt. While, third and fourth function of oral cavity that is stimulating of three pairs of salivary grands is known as lubrication and chemical digestion of food.
