Water soluble vitamins after cooking or heating activity are dissolved and soluble more readily as compared to fat - soluble vitamins. Biologist examined that vitamins are further divided into two groups: water-soluble vitamin like vitamin B, and vitamin C, and the fat-soluble vitamins: vitamins A, D, E and K.
