Significance of Transpiration Notes:

Although transpiration is harmful process, involved in loss of water from plants, causing acute circumsatances, wilting and often death. On its flip side, transpiration is also important for pulling force known as transpirational pull, liable for conduction of salts water towards aerial parts of plants body.
